Was the car okay? I've only known one other person who bought a car there and had nothing but problems with it. They had to get the transmission worked on almost immediately. (At this particular auction, they weren't able to "test drive" any vehicles.)

BTW: Funeral cops are rarely police officers. Nearly all are simply private citizens making a few extra dollars. Their authority is strictly a result of the respect that people like you, me, ylen, and others grant to the poor bereaved family.
