Is there any legal definition of "spyware" for a lawsuit like this? Or is the public perception of the term enough to proceed?
Maybe someone should patent the whole idea of spyware so as to create a definition that would hold up in court. -- Boundlessly expands the sky and nothing stops the white clouds from freely flying about.
