1 edit | Just another reason to shoot all the lawyers Just one more reason to, as Shakespeare said, shoot all the lawyers. When a company makes an illegitimate worthless product and sees that it may lose money when people realize it, they sue everyone in sight to save their bacon. When will the US court system put a stake thru the heart of these firms and their crooked lawyers.

 | Agreed. Isn't this against the freedom of press? |
|
 | What press? Are you asking the right question?
I'm not sure there is a constitutional right that would be violated. |

 | reply to fAcEtIOUs no reason to shoot lawyers, what about the clowns abusing your judicial system i.e. corporations. Also what about the clowns who exploit the public under the blanket of capitalism i.e. whenU and others. Get rid of them permanently and the problem wi' stop for good. |

It doesn't need a third party server involved to be spyware, contrary to what Mark D. Hopkins asserts. |
