The don't produce spyware.

Isearch is a HUGE pain to get rid of. All the spyware programs see it, but it hides itself in an EXE, and everytime you clean it, it re-does itself. None of the spyware tools get rid of that EXE, you have to manually find it. Of course, it's not just one filename either, it's random.

Yeah, that sounds legitimate to me...

Sounds like legitimate business practices where Enron and the ilk are considered standard operating procedures. The entire corporate accountability has been steadily sliding downhill for years, this is yet another visible sign of such.
