My girlfriend had a bill of 43.50 from supra . She paid electronically by mistake 4350.00 dollars. Now she is asking supra for the money back minis their 43.50 and they are giving her the run around. Does anyone know where is their office in Miami. Or what is the next step?
reply to Mr Mando Get all the documentation togeter. Make 2 copies of each page and send it to Supra billing, certified mail return reciept requested. Also enclose a professionally written letter explaining your plight.
Once you get the return reciept back file that with the rest of your paperwork. Wait 2-4 weeks for a reply. If no reply in that time write them again using the process already outlined above.
