Keep in mind this so called Integrity Committee is just a figure head thing. They get paid way too much money to meet several times a year to drink coffee, eat at expensive restaurants, stay in 5 star motels and we the tax payers pick up the tap. They will make recommendations that no one in the OHS will listen to, or care about. I would imagine this is a pay-off for political contributions. Most everyone in the cyber-world knows who this offering to the Canine Lawn Goddess is, and that is where in counts.
