IDownload CEO Claims Success

If they were really so innocent, couldn't they convince the website operators without C&D letters?

i.e. explain why their software isn't spyware.

I haven't had any experience with their software, but it always pisses me off when a company sends a C&D letter instead of just asking nicely.
