Imagine, a knock on your door. A man claiming to be "TV safety repairman" says he needs to upgrade your TV, says that this is required. You ask him how this will affect you, but he only repeats his assertion that you need this. For whatever reason, perhaps because he appears harmless and innocent, you allow him in. He doesn't look like he could cause any damage. He does some undefined "something", now your TV changes channels automatically under control of someone else. You warn your neighbors about him, and he sues you.
