Re: Tivo isnt worth it notice that is from a 3rd party reseller, and that says free satellite equipment and free installation, and free tivo at the top
either they are giving away an actual standalone tivo box separate from the dish stb (unlikely)
or
they are lying about the exact equipment they are giving, and it is more likely they are really giving out the dish brand dvr and calling it a tivo
edit: after looking at their website they are giving a dish dvr and not a tivo, their ad they left you is a lie
