I live right in the heart of San Jose California.
PacBell have DSl in my hood? NOPE!!!!! I have called PacBell every week for 3 years giving them shit for not covering my area.
Alot of the areas on their pronto map show areas of the city they plan to never offer DSL EVER!!! Yet other areas show coverage now and those areas include public parks? PacBell doesn't have to install DSL for customers. NOWHERE is it stated in the laws that they are required. It is not a "basic service". This was written to me from my complanits to the PUC & the city council. |
