While it would not be favorable to BS's reputation, it isn't illegal either. Call it extortion if you want, but the federal government does it daily. Examples? Seatbelt laws and raising the minimum drinking age to 21-don't have them, lose federal highway dollars. BS should provide a superior product and let the consumer decide. If it then becomes economically unfeasable to continue the call center then close it. -- I'm not really sure what I am doing, but I'm doing it anyway!
