Local phone line costs vary depending on the state you live in. I'm living in my own private Idaho so I can't help you with California, but I do know that in Illinois you can get local "bare bones" service for around $17 a month including taxes, fees and Big Ed's Legal Defense Fund. -- The revolution will not go better with Coke.
