Re: SBC lowers pricing to $19.95 w/o bundling LDBasic phone service (in Chicago at least) is ~$12.75 with taxes and fees, and no calls made.
I think I read SBC imposes a higher FUSF fee on different DSL packages, for my Pro package it's ~$2.50
