 2 edits | Airport gates are the perfect place for WiFi Airport gates are the perfect place for WiFi. You have to wait, sometimes for hours, and internet access lets you get email, check on travel arrangements, etc. All airports need to jump on this badwagon.

Lauderdale/Hollywood (FL) airport has WiFi throughout the entire airport for free also, they annouce it over the airport PA system. Minneapolis/St. Paul has WiFi, but you have to pay a fee to get on it, either a one time access or a recurring fee if you travel through there a lot. Personally, I'm really liking Holiday Inn Express hotels.. most have high speed into the room, and free WiFi in the lobby.. Unlike the regular Holiday Inn I stayed at in Plantation, FL, which offers a blistering 19.2k dial up, but you have to have your own provider ph# (Which I don't, with a city owned provider in Podunk, Arkansas. -- Ever try stuffing a melted marshmallow up a wildcat's ass? What I found funny is that I couldn't find squat at ORD on a recent trip. However, at the Rochester, MN airport you've got WiFi as well. Rochester has six gates.
If someone knows somewhere at ORD with WiFi...lemme know.
