When I first signed up, my commitment was for a 1 year period which I've obviously fulfilled. So, am I correct in saying they will raise my price unless I agree to another 1 year commitment?
I don't have a contract as far as I know and I only pay the $29.99 or so amount and I've not received any email either yet, But I've only had VOL DSL for 8 months so far.
