As frustrating as the outage was, a 2-3 hour outage in non-peak hours is not at all bad when you compare it to the hell other providers went through this week (just search the forum). Not to mention the last global outage was around Thanksgiving and it was also short in duration.
Glad I'm with such a stable provider. I know it won't be perfect, it's new technoloy, but compared to others, I trust it will work more often.
