Anybody knows when Verizon FiOS will be available at Pelham Pkwy South, Bronx, NY 10462?
It's been a long time, I think is time it should be available where I live.

Good to hear but I wonder why the service still isn't available in my neighborhood? I live on Bedford Park Boulevard and according to Verizon's web site my building cannot get Fios.

I spoke with a Verizon rep on Sunday who said she was not aware of the CO on Tiebout Avenue being wired for Fios. It's possible it is wired but Verizon has yet to do any work running lines in the street.
At this point I don't know what to think or believe anymore regarding Fios availability in my neighborhood.

| Fios is available out of Tiebout I've personally spliced about two or three jobs out of the CO. Tiebout is primarily apartment buildings so there is always the obstacle of getting the landlords permission to install the equipment. |

I saw installers on Riverdale Ave in the 240s and 250s this weekend. I spoke with one of the crews, who confirmed they are laying the FIOS backbone for the neighborhood. |

Hey folks nothing much to report. Just came in to say Happy Holidays to all and Good God can we F*cking get Fios already my DSL is killing me. As soon as we have 2 ipads and other internet devices i can't watch my Netflix or Hulu |

Nothing to report from Bedford Park for now. I know I've said this before but may be next year will finally see Fios for the rest of us.
