I explained not only did I not want them but to stop calling me. The idiot on the phone has told me that thier web excelorator(?) would be faster than the fiber optic connection I have now.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I am left on hold indefinitly.

I currently use Vib.tv for a connection of 100mbps ul/dl with no ratio. My only complaint is that I can not have a static IP.
