Re: wftmate and i can turn around and tell you "see you in court" and the case would be thrown out because of a fradulent suit(which you would have to pay my legal fees as mine is a loser pays system, Oh Canada) and i can counter sue for loss of wages(days of work missed because of court dates and research).
or i could just claim harassment if you kept pushing your cause and get a nice little restraining order.
where i am, you are basically punished for losing your case instead of this you pay your own stuff deal. |
