Spam filters

It seems on my 'spam' account they have relaxed the filters so that I am getting most all the spam to d/l to my email client. This has not been the case. Usually I need to get into the account through webmailk and delete it that way. A way I much more prefer. Any thoughs?

Chuck

Hmmm... they seem to be working now. Strange.

If you want to be able to retrieve your spam folder through your e-mail client, use this syntax:

username-spam

The -whatever is the name of any subfolder in your mail account on the server.

So in my case I would make a subfolder in my inbox named avantare-spam? Is that correct. I use Thunderbird.

EDIT: Never mind. Figured it out. Thanks for the tip Elias.

Strange, I have it set up properly to get the spam emails down because the server is polled however none of the emails are downloaded. All of my settings are correct.

I'll look more into it this weekend. Seems like I might be missing something simple.
