 | VPN possibility We are not using Vonage VOIP, but we have our own private VOIP on an InterTel Axxess phone system. On March 7th our VOIP to Mexico went down with the same symptoms that many of you have described here and in the vonage-forum (voice from US to Mexico is clear / Mexico to US is chopped up, garbled, and unintelligible).
Question: What do you think of the prospect of running the VOIP inside a VPN tunnel? Do you think this will defeat the "traffic shaping" that Telmex is allegedly doing?
