She told me that this is what she was taught to do, and that there was nothing that she could do. And she really was nasty about it!!
I think I'll call back in a little bit and try again.

Yorkville, IL | That lady is full of it. I talked to a tech, called me to confirm that my line had been changed to the pro package, at SBC and he told me that this is available not only to existing customers but also to employees.
I had to call twice to get somone to re-up me to the pro package.
