MS Antispyware false positive?

salterbomb : so i got the new def's (5701) for MS's antispyware and ran a scan. immediately i get hit with 43 unclassified spyware objects which all reside in a temp folder. the file being found is nsisdl.dll which from what i understand is a nullsoft installer file but i don't have anything on my computer from nullsoft (unless they produce other things that i need to have on my computer). i've googled it and supposedly both norton and mcafee registered it as a false positive a while back but has since been fixed.

i guess what i am asking is, is anyone else getting this and if i don't have nullsoft on my computer, is it really spyware and should i remove it?
