Re: SBC lowers pricing to $19.95 w/o bundling LD I am on the 1.5 plan and called yesterday to upgrade but was denied because they said my line could't support it. Got a hold of wolfdragon in SBC Direct and they reprovisioned my line. Called back today and was easily able to upgrade to 3/512 at 29.99. I also called a separate department to cancel the long distance package I had and was surprised when the lady offered me the dsl upgrade even though I had just done that 10 minutes earlier. Seems like the SBC customer support is really improving. |
