Dickinson, ND | Love my ISP I have "naked" DSL at home. No extra charge to have no dial tone. Only a small extra charge since I have static IPs. After I got my cell phone I saw no reason to keep my landline and pay the extra $20-30 per month. Asked at the business office and 3 days later dial tone was gone and DSL running smooth.
