I've got Naked DSL from qwest. I pay 49.99 for internet before I was paying 43 somthing plus phone charges. so i'm paying less now yeah they raised the rates but I'm happy with Vonage as my phone carrier. So I wanna know how does this affect me I don't want phone service though qwest when I'm not going to use it.
