You forfeit everything that you "earned" through illegal means. So pretty much anything he purchased or deposited after they prove he started this will be confiscated and the rest may be taken to pay fines and/or reimburse those he harmed. |

Criminals can be just as stupid with money as the rest of us: some do, many don't. As a group, criminals have higher self destructiveness & denial of risk factors too (especially the ones who get caught), which manifests in behaviors with money. |
