I feel sorry Central Texas got dragged into the whole "tollway" situation. I'm up here near the Bush Turnpike and the Dallas Tollway. That's ok I guess, because we all know the
Trans Texas-Corridor is next. What great way to tear up the state.
Anyway, SBC has been using the same "modernize" tag for years. Anyone remember the whole local & long distance debates in the 80s and 90s? I remember hearing the same excuse..."modernize".
