Quest wants to be bought by Verizon
If they did a vdsl deployment then Verizon might just pass them over when they're done buying MCI. The proof would definately be in the pudding if we could find out how they build out the fiber.
Qwest has plenty of fiber in place now, although it will cost them pretty penny to turn up as, they are going to need plenty of repeaters and power out in the middle of nowhere (14 BIG states). ROTS OF RUCK
