I had the "Pluto Data" scam hit my credit card and had to replace the card. DSLI was autobilling to that card. They had to wait one day to charge to it and charged me an extra 75 cents "finance charge". They know my email address, phone number, etc. and I have been with them for over 3 years and have never been late with a payment. They should have tried to contact me even if it was just out of courtesy? I went over to BellSouth Xtreme DSL. I'm happy with it so far.
