"Your spyware interferes with my antispyware, the way my users like it" or simply put "You can blow us, all of us"
Talk about business interference. Even if its open source freeware. I would tell them that its their own freaking fault for being unaccepted by entering into a realm of unwanted products.
I can see it now,
IBIS - "Stop him from stopping people from being bothered by my friendly software"
Judge - "So users knowingly download patrol to get rid of your software that snuck onto their computer?"
IBIS - "Well you see its not entirely like that, users don't know that our software is so great and useful and that they need it, winpatrol is depriving them of our cheap crap"
