This time I get an A** on the phone who is very short and nearly hangs up on me. I've had Comcast HSI since 1998, you think I would get treated a bit better. I can't wait for FIOS in our area. It might not be any better, but it won't be comcast. My cable bill is over $120 and I DON'T have any premium channels!!!! Ugh...give me IPTV and competition.

Forgot the ip for backup dns servers =) fortunately had my shell account on nix box to get it.. this is really stupid - what kind of isp does comcast claim to be... good thing my voip service doesn't dns query for the gatekeeper.. I'd be without phone too then LoL.. Wish I had DSL from our CLEC - but out of range of CO.. So yes FIOS will be great once delivered.. FTTP here I come baby. Plus the CLEC I work for is testing VoDoIP
