Just call it something else.
InWare as it's normally included with something else.
PacWare as it's packaged with something else.
XtraWare as it extra software....
If they don't like the term spyware, or malware, just call it something it REALLY is by everyones definition.
Here's the Pacware that's installed on your system, if you would like to remove some of it, heres a list, what it does, and who installed it.
