WTF ComCrap? I call in about this new outage, and try to get some credit for it and the last one, they say you have to call back when service is restored.
All I can say is I had Qwest dsl with xmission for over 2 years with out a single outage. I think it might be time to cal QWEST AGAIN!!!!!!!

Comcast billing told me they "would only issue a credit had you lost all connection to the Internet for a period of 24 hours or more."

I think you put the wrong emphasis on the wrong word.. Its nice that you are THAT perfect that you NEVER make mistakes or experience issues yourself.

By the way... Glad you put your money on the word NO instead of SHOULD...

You are one of the lucky few.. ANYONE that has ANY experience with Qwest in the masses knows that Qwest by NO means runs a realiable network. They have more DSL outtages than did cable just 20 years ago.

Qwest history will prove you otherwise.. however, I am able to know that some people can run without problems with others having continual problems.

But, having worked for Qwest before and with MANY seasoned veterans with Qwest, I will tell you that the Q network is NOT the greatest by far.. not to mention that they are know for this in the industry.
