Double quote bug in FAQ code?

That's not good.
Single quotes work fine.

I went to edit an ATM FAQ entry, and after doing so the title was truncated at the beginning of a set of double quotes in the title. I changed it to single quotes and that seems to work.

Edit: Doesn't seem to be a browser issue: the original attempt was using Safari and the same thing happened with Firefox.
