tc1uscg : But what about speed? I tried another program (I'm at work so not sure what it was) but it came "recommended" as making the best backup copies of owned DVD's. It was VERY slow. Now, I don't have a top of the notch system, 2.4ghz P4/HT w/512mb ram 120gb drives x2, 1 dvd player and 1 dvd burner (6x). Think it took like 4 hrs to burn 1 dvd. Shrink takes around 2 hrs tops to do the job and I really couldn't see any dif. So, where speed comes into play, what's the fastest burn software that does what shrink does?

howie : Well, the OP wanted an "all-in-one" dual-layer solution that can decrypt as well as copy/burn and I remember vukodlak75 had recommended it in another thread. I still use the DVDCopy2/AnyDVD combo and it works fine for me but DVDCopy alone lacks the on-the-fly decryption that LBB was looking for in a single package.
--
"I'm as sure as I can be... without any, you know, proof!" - Adrian Monk

Does it fire up Nero like DVDShrink does when the burn process is suppose to begin?

No, how could it? AnyDVD remains resident in memory so that manual stripping of copy protection is unnecessary. The reason DVD Shrink does that is because it's a precursor step to burning, doesn't have a burning engine of its own, and therefore calls up Nero (or another program) at the appropriate point. AnyDVD simply removes copy protection; it doesn't have anything to do with burning per se.
--
Those days in Rampart, LAPD, filled me with wonder, horror, and glee.
