Does anybody know where I can get the latest copy of the Internet Tax Nondiscrimination Act? I found a few sites, but they only have the 2003 version which doesn't include P. Bush's extension to 2007.
The reason I ask is because I called up Earthlink to get a refund for the months that they still charged me tax for and they said they wanted a copy of the Bill as proof mailed to them.
