My guess is that you'll see the following as well:

Adelphia -> Comcast:

Bartow/Cherokee/Forsyth Co. GA
Winder/Talmo GA
Fort Payne AL
Brunswick GA

(The first three fit very well into Comcast's Atlanta holdings and North Cobb headend, Fort Payne can be merged into the Gadsden Comcast system, and Brunswick fits with Comcast's Savannah cluster. TWC is legally barred from owning cable systems in Atlanta because TW owns WTBS.)

It's interesting that Comcast will serve all four major cities in Tennessee after the deal is done...all via acquisitions (Scripps-Howard in Chattanooga and Knoxville, InterMedia in Nashville, and TWC in Memphis.)
