Comcast is not going to own all of the Adelphia properties. The 1.9 million new subs will belong to Comcast. The rest of Adelphia will be owned by a joint venture with Time Warner and Comcast at the helm together. Also, there will be no rejection to the deal. It is as good as done.

One of the net effects of the deal is to eliminate Comcast's ownership (and involvement) in Time Warner's cable operations.
