Re: please nooooo Comcast is not going to own all of the Adelphia properties. The 1.9 million new subs will belong to Comcast. The rest of Adelphia will be owned by a joint venture with Time Warner and Comcast at the helm together. Also, there will be no rejection to the deal. It is as good as done. |

One of the net effects of the deal is to eliminate Comcast's ownership (and involvement) in Time Warner's cable operations. |
