Let me first say that I didn't read any of the other posts or the article because I am busy and should be working. Verizon should just call its services Television over IP or ToIP or maybe TVoIP for TV over IP or possibly T+VoIP for Television + Voice over IP and then ask the FCC to declare that it can't be regulated by the municipal governments.
