HK have had 6mb, 10mb for ages now... was only a matter of time before it was upped.
Only problems with it is the amount of hops to servers in US & UK... really knocks the hell outta the line.

International business men would use that line, but i doubt the general populace of HK would be loading up the us and uk backbones. so consumers probably wouldn't care
