I solved my problem after reading through the first thread. Comcast DNS is primary and I picked another one as secondary. I'm like, "What outage?"
Any reason only two DNS servers? With only two, when one goes down, traffic on the other doubles, aka goes up 50% of the total. That can bring the whole cluster down. With 3 which the standards allow, when one goes down, the traffic on the other two only go up 16% of the total, just a blip.
