Have people call the home number. If we are away and the cell off than it is on the Vonage voice mail. Call customer service of the cell phone to turn off the voice mail most well let you do that. Some will try to talk you out of it. Many charge you minutes for receiving and retrieving and that is why they try to talk you out of it.

Everything works fine unless i have my cell phone off.
It rings twice and immediately goes to the voicemail of my cell phone.
