I had the 1.5 service for awhile, was rock solid. But Im a power user and 1.5 just doesn't cut it, not with the overhead. I got around 1250 of the 1500 down. This 5MB even if all i get is 4.5 it will still blow charter away, concidering i never see 3MB anyways. Charter and Qwest are both crappy companies IMO, but i'll take the turd that has the corn in it, its more filling
