Orange, CA | Slowly but surely, the upload speeds are increasin 896 kbps, 768 kbps on cable (well in Time Warner areas anyway).

Unlike cable. When I last had Qwest DSl, about 2 months ago my upsteam sync was 1024kbps/sec which is the max the hardware supports. |
