I called both Qwest and my third party ISP. The Qwest rep knew there was an upgrade, but didn't know it was so soon. My ISP rep, though, had no idea whatsoever. She even went to ask a supervisor, who had no idea as well. I sure do hope they're capable for the upgrade..
But, this is great! I had Cox but the instability sent me to DSL. So far, I've been very pleased but missed the speed. Now I can have both! -- -thrillhaus
