I hope you enjoy sharing your LOW LATENCY 3 MBPS Cable Modem. However.. cable modems DO use interleave, but it doesnt have the same effect on latency.
I have a 56ms ping to my team's (Team Judge - www.teamjudge.us if your interested) SOF2 server in Dallas. If you're really going to make a big deal out of 20 or 30ms your aim must REALLY suck.
