You pay $50 a month and if you want if you qualify for 3 you will get 3 if you qualift for 5 you will get 5 and if you qualify for 7 you will get 7. So either way it is only $10 more then the 1.5 package. I bet qwest knows that only a few people qualify for 5 and 7mb that is why they are all the same upgrade price
