Bah, humbug!
Apparently MY DSLAM hasn't been upgraded yet. My max is still 1.5Mb/s. But, the friendly Qwest salesman claimed that since I've been a customer for so long, they should upgrade my DSLAM soon. (He doesn't know what he's talking about, does he?)

If it's a CO-based DSLAM, he was probably right. If it's an RT... he may not be.
