Re: LOL Besides, if it's a "best effort"-seemingly meaning without speed caps-it stands to reason that speeds will slowly decline the further out you are from the CO. Maybe if you're an "inch too far" instead of getting 7 Mb, you get 6 3/4...I could live with that. And, if they make it clear that the offer is "the fastest we can provide to you at a set price" People who sign up knowing this have no complaint, allthough it would make sense to lower the price for those who are too far away and can only get 1.5Mb.
